EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Contact us by email at tuttistudio12@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. This is the maximum time allowed to contact us.
EXCHANGES
• Please be aware that most of our products are unique vintage pieces, so it will never be possible to exchange an item for the exact same piece in another size, for example.
• Who pays for the shipping? All exchange costs are the customer's responsibility.
• The item you wish to exchange must be shipped within 5 business days to the address we will provide by email.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was sent, including the original tag and packaging, and must show absolutely no signs of use.
• Once we receive the item, we will assess its condition. If the exchange is approved, you will receive a voucher for the value of the item, which will be valid for 3 months. Please note that this voucher is personal and non-transferable.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
• Explain the details/reason for the return and including photos. After that, you will have up to 5 days to ship the item back to us and send us the proof of shipment.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the value of the item within 3 business days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
• Who pays for the shipping? If the item is defective or does not conform to the agreed description, all shipping and return costs are fully covered by us, but if the item has no defects and is exactly as described, and the buyer would still like to return it, the buyer is responsible for all costs related to the return shipping.
